Responsibilities

own activation metrics from signup to first successful sync, currently at roughly 58%
run experiments on onboarding, pricing and in-app nudges, with a designer and two engineers
talk to churned customers monthly — the ones who left teach us more than the ones who stayed

Requirements

3–6 years in product management, ideally with some growth or lifecycle focus
comfort with SQL and a product analytics tool (we use Mixpanel)
English C1

Conditions

€3,200–3,900 gross per month, hybrid, two days at our Lisbon office
